Signature Gymnasium

In this post, I wanted to show some befores and afters of the Sanctuary Lakes Signature Gymnasium in one of their exclusive gated estates. This was a really good transformation, as it was basically just a blank canvas – it was all white with just gym equipment in it. I love seeing the difference that a bit of colour can make to a space. There are three colours that are used in the gym. The basic neutral is Haymes Contemplate, which is a soft grey. I wanted to stay away from the stark white, as it has a very clinical feel in a gym. I then teamed that up with two accent colours. The yellow is Haymes Free Range and the orange is Haymes Electric Orange. I found that these Haymes colours really did the trick. They are from their new range of colour that was launched last year. I steered away from the common reds and blacks that you see in a lot of gyms. I wanted to use energetic colours that weren’t aggressive and I think that these really work. They have pep!

This is before - all white and bland.

After! The space has life and energy now.

A nice bright colour to greet you as you enter the gym. All that's missing is hall table.
